Plaza Linda Verde, creating a gateway to the community
For many years, San Diego State University and others in the community have shared the goal of revitalizing the blighted area south of the transit center and Aztec Walk to provide student housing, quality retail and other amenities that are mutually beneficial to the university and surrounding community. We are pleased to announce our proposal for an innovative mixed-use project called Plaza Linda Verde to accomplish that goal.

Plaza Linda Verde will achieve long-shared goals of SDSU and the community.
- Gateway - Plaza Linda Verde will serve as a dynamic gateway, between the community and SDSU
- Innovation – Plaza Linda Verde will provide LEED-certified sustainable student housing and community-serving retail.
- Access – Plaza Linda Verde will be pedestrian / bicycle-friendly and provide easy access to mass transit. Convenient parking for retail patrons will also be provided.
