We alumni, faculty, staff, students, parents and friends of San Diego State University, support the university and its leadership in taking a stand to ensure a safe campus environment. We would expect nothing less of a top urban research university. SDSU, we are prouder than ever.

To SDSU:
As I prepare to graduate with my BS in nursing, I am very pleased with the actions the university has taken to make SDSU a safer and healthier campus and environment. During my five years of outstanding undergraduate education, I have served on three of the four campus auxiliary boards of directors, including Associated Students, Aztec Shops, and The Campanile Foundation. I have also been active in the Nursing Students' Association and taken the lead as president for this last year.
The time I have spent on this campus has been more than worthwhile: I was able to study abroad in Cyprus; serve as a resident advisor in the residence halls; and create lifelong friendships.
Nothing gives me more pride than the stance we have taken against illicit drug use and sales. Upon graduation from the very reputable School of Nursing, I plan on wearing Red & Black loud and proud, because I am prouder than ever.
