Logos are for use by San Diego State University faculty and staff only. If you have any questions about established policies of use or are not a faculty or staff member and have a logo usage request, please consult with Marketing & Communications graphic design staff:

I acknowledge reading and adhering to the following guidelines and understand that failure to follow the guidelines may result in withdrawal of permission to use these elements and that publications or other materials using these elements in unapproved ways may have to be destroyed or withdrawn from circulation:

• University symbols and marks are owned and licensed by the university. I agree not to duplicate the computer graphic files to distribute them inside or outside the university.
• University symbols and marks may not be incorporated into any other design to create a new symbol.
• University symbols and marks may not be altered, stretched, outlined, given drop shadows, changed in color, or enclosed in shapes that appear to be a part of the symbol identity.
• University symbols and marks are to be use in accordance with the “The New SDSU Graphic Identity System & Guidelines for Usage.”
