Tribal Leaders Speak Out on PALA Agreement

WHAT: Different perspectives of the controversial PALA Agreement involving gaming on Indian reservations will be offered by representatives of several local tribes in a discussion moderated by Linda Parker, chair of the American Indian Studies department at San Diego State University.
