University Art Gallery at SDSU to Present Judit Hersko: Domestic Shadows

 

"Judit Hersko: Domestic Shadows," an exhibition of mixed-medialight-projection works, opens at the University Art Gallery at San DiegoState University on February 14. The exhibition will continue throughMarch 18. . Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday and Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. A reception for the artist will be held on Friday, February 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the gallery.

Hersko, a San Diego resident, will present a slide-lecture on her work onWednesday, March 4, at 6:30 p.m. in room 412 of the School of Art, Design and Art History. The exhibition and all events are free and open to the public. Parking permits are available at the Gallery during regular hours for Lot160. No permits are required for events; use lots 160, 400, Student and Faculty/Staff.

"Judit Hersko: Domestic Shadows" is sponsored by the School of Art, Designand Art History; the College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts; and the fund for Instructionally Related Activities. Additional support is provided by the San Diego State University Art Council.

WHAT: University Art Gallery at San Diego State University will present"Judit Hersko: Domestic Shadows," an exhibition of mixed-medialight-projection works. The exhibition will be preceded by a public reception for the artist, Friday, February 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the gallery.

Hersko, a San Diego resident, will present a slide-lecture on her work on Wednesday, March 4, at 6:30 p.m. in room 412 of the School of Art, Design and Art History.
