Pacific Beach Resident Elected To Second Term As Mental Health Board Chair

Lorraine Freitas, associate director of San Diego State University’s School of Nursing, has been re-elected chairperson of the San Diego County Local Mental Health Board for a second term. Freitas is a resident of Pacific Beach.

As one of the mental health discipline appointees, she represents psychiatric nursing. She is also a key member of the County’s Regional Healthcare Advisory Council.
