CALENDAR: University Art Gallery at SDSU to Feature ‘A-Z for You • A-Z for Me’ by Alumna Andrea Zittel
WHAT: Exhibition by SDSU alumna Andrea Zittel featuring an artist-designed multimedia presentation, an artist-designed travel trailer and a special artist-designed publication. The exhibition is sponsored by the San Diego State University Art Council is titled "A-Z for You • A-Z for Me."
The artist will present a slide-lecture on her work at 5 p.m., Saturday, April 18 in room 412 of the School of Art, Design and Art History. A reception for the artist will follow from 6 to 8 p.m. at the University Art Gallery.
WHERE: University Art Gallery, San Diego State University
WHEN: April 13 though May 13, 1998
GALLERY HOURS: Monday through Thursday and Saturday, Noon 4 p.m.
PARKING: Parking permits are available at the Gallery for use in Lot 160. No permit is required for the slide-lecture and reception. Park anywhere except in red zones.

ARTIST’S BACKGROUND: Zittel was born in Escondido and attended San Diego State University, completing an undergraduate degree in art in 1988. She then earned a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1990.
