ATTENDEES: Among those who plan to attend are:

Two generations of the Ault family: Natalie Ault Barry of Coronado and her siblings, Margee Ault Foster, David and Tom Ault, were lab school pupils from the 1940’s to the 1960’s. They will be attending the reunion with their father, retired San Diego Judge Richard Ault. Judge Ault attended the school from 1925 to 1927 when it was part of the San Diego Normal School in University Heights. He had the distinction of being the son of the principal, Jessie Ault, who later served as dean of the College of Education at San Diego State.

Wayne Kenaston was a shy sixth grader back in 1935. He "came out of his shell" in drama class. He went on to earn a degree in social work at SDSU and spent 40 successful years in the insurance industry.

He’s sure to have memories to share with Abby Johnson Giddings of La Jolla who was a lab school student teacher in 1935.

The Rev. Bob Mentze, pastor of Lakeside Presbyterian Church is a big supporter of the lab school. The Santee resident has been organizing the graduate of the class of 1964.

Organizers are hoping to see Dr. Garry White, who attended the school in 1917. Dr. White is believed to be the earliest attendee to RSVP for the event.
