Whip Up Halloween Makeup From the Kitchen
Looking for a unique Halloween makeup story?
Well, look no further than your kitchen or bathroom cabinets. That’s the advice of the makeup professionals from San Diego State’s Drama Department.
Our experts are available to demonstrate makeup ideas which are both simple and non-toxic, including:
HAIR COLORING: A mixture of Kool Aid and shampoo can produce great results. (But don’t try this without the special instructions.)
WRINKLES, SCARS AND SORES: Combine pink or green face tissue and corn syrup to create a look only a mother could love.
BEARDS AND MUSTACHES: Use false-eyelash adhesive, non-toxic glue stick or double-faced tape to attach cotton puffs or fur from a "recycled" stuffed toy.
BLOOD: Make gory goop from corn syrup, peanut butter, red and blue food coloring.
GLAMOUR TOUCH: Use non-toxic glue stick to attach glitter to the skin.
